Duties:
Began as Brewhouse Control Panel Operator, Brewhouse Support, Hops Operations.
After the first year, I was promoted to Brewing Group Manager. Current duties: supervise
brewing and maintenance personnel. Enforce and promote safety procedures in the
workplace. Monitor brewing process to ensure product quality and timely flow. Participate
in sensory evaluation panel. Work with Brewmasters to implement product and procedural
changes.
